Every NJOY camper comes fully equipped to make your trip comfortable and stress-free. Standard rentals include:
Fully serviced camper with clean interior & exterior
Comfortable bedding and kitchen essentials
Cooking equipment, dishes, and utensils
Freshwater tank filled and wastewater tank emptied
Roadside assistance and full safety check before departure
Optional extras (like outdoor furniture, GPS, or child seats) can also be added to customize your journey.
No special license is required to drive our campers. A valid standard driver’s license (category B or equivalent) is all you need. Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held their license for a minimum of one year.
If you have an international license, please ensure it is valid in the country where you plan to travel.
Yes. Every rental includes the legally required third-party liability plus basic comprehensive cover (collision & theft). A refundable security deposit and an excess (deductible) apply per incident, and 24/7 roadside assistance is included.

Not covered: negligence or off-road use, unauthorised drivers, lost keys/misfueling, and personal items (unless added).

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
More than 30 days before pick-up: Full refund
14–30 days before pick-up: 50% refund
Less than 14 days before pick-up: No refund
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. We also recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
Lessor: Njoy Campers, established in Alhaurín el Grande, Málaga, Spain, Tax ID: Y-2054901-A.
Renter: the natural person or legal entity renting the camper.
Camper: the vehicle including all accessories and inventory.
These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations and agreements of Njoy Campers.
Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed in writing.
The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
Exceeding the rental period without permission will result in charging the applicable daily rate plus €100 per day.
In case of force majeure the lessor may offer an alternative vehicle; the renter has no claim to compensation.
At reservation, 35% of the rental amount must be paid.
The remaining 65% plus the security deposit of €1,000 must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period.
Payment is accepted only by bank transfer.
Cancellation must be communicated in writing and confirmed by the lessor.
Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date: 35% of the rental sum is retained.
Cancellation within 30 days before the start date: 100% of the rental sum is charged; the deposit is refunded.
The rental price depends on what is stated on the website.
Included:
– Unlimited kilometers within Spain and Portugal.
– Comprehensive (all-risk) insurance.
– 24-hour roadside assistance.
The camper is covered by all-risk insurance.
The excess is €1,000 per claim.
Damage not covered by insurance is entirely the renter’s responsibility.
The renter is liable in case of negligence or breach of the conditions.
The lessor is not liable for injury, loss of personal belongings, missed vacation days or consequential damages.
Drivers must be at least 30 years old and hold a valid category B driving licence for at least 3 years.
Only the drivers named in the rental agreement may operate the camper.
The camper may be used only as a camper and not for transporting goods or persons above the legal allowance.
Use outside Spain and Portugal is allowed only with written permission from the lessor.
It is not permitted to sublet, lend the camper to third parties, or use it off-road.
Smoking in the camper is prohibited (€500 fine).
Pets are not allowed in the camper.
Overloading, alterations to the camper, or careless use.
Use for driver training, towing other vehicles, or transporting large items that may damage the interior (e.g., surfboard).
The camper is to be picked up and returned at the agreed time and place.
Late return without permission leads to extra charges and possible compensation for damages.
The camper is delivered with a full tank.
The wastewater tank and cassette toilet must be emptied before return; otherwise the renter will be charged extra costs.
Deposit per rental period: €1,000.
Any damage, fines or violations will be deducted from the deposit.
Refund is made within 5 working days after return of a clean, undamaged vehicle, unless an investigation is pending.
The renter must regularly check oil level, tyre pressure and vehicle condition.
Minor repairs up to €50 may be carried out by the renter; repairs above that amount only with the lessor’s permission.
The renter must contact the lessor immediately in case of damage or defects.
The lessor is not liable for mechanical breakdowns, weather conditions, or defects during the rental period.
Spanish law applies to this agreement.
Any disputes fall under the competent court in Alhaurín el Grande, Spain.
